Recommendation
"Get going is really an initiative that changes lives. We started in 2016 and for me this has been an invaluable experience. It has improved the health of the participants, given a whole new sense of mastery and created a community. I highly recommend Get Going, and I really hope that as many as possible will take advantage of this fantastic offer".
